Abstract
The human being is a community and social being, thus, he was capable to establish rules and humanize he's environment, allowed by the development of he's intelligence, as well as moral behavior. Nevertheless, morals and ethics have also evolved along the history, allowing the birth of neuroethics in 2002 with the objective to study ethical behavior of neurological research procedures and study ethics from the neuroscientific point.
